Zeina Habli, a member of saf, is awarded the 2022 L'Oréal-UNESCO for women in science award. Habli is a final year PhD student at the American University of Beirut developing novel, blood-based tools for cancer diagnosis. The L'Oréal-UNESCO for women in science award is a prestigious award aimed at women early career researchers affiliated to Middle Eastern academic institutions.
