Nesrine El Sayed is Professor of Pharmacology and Toxicology and Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy at Al Ryada University for Science & Technology, Egypt. She is also the former Director of the International Relations Bureau at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Cairo University. With over 100 scientific publications and a strong research focus on neuropharmacology, neurodegenerative diseases, neuroinflammation, oxidative stress, and neuroprotection, her work explores innovative therapeutic strategies for Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s diseases, including drug repurposing, nutraceuticals, phytochemicals, and nanomedicine. She serves as National Ambassador of OARSI in Egypt and Associate Editor of the Journal of Advanced Research. She is also a member of several international scientific societies and editorial boards.
