Aseel Awdeh is a computational biologist at the Broad Institute, dedicated to advancing the scientific community through the development of innovative computational methods and the application of machine learning techniques. Passionate about promoting education and research in the MENA region, she aims to inspire and empower the next generation of innovators and leaders. Aseel's work focuses on deepening our understanding of complex biological systems through computational approaches. She holds a PhD in bioinformatics, where she developed and optimized novel computational methods and machine learning models to interpret high-dimensional biological data, providing new insights into transcriptional regulation and gene networks.
