Current research
Elolimy's current research centres on the roles of nutritional immunology and the microbiome in the stressful stages of animal life, including the neonatal period, parturition, and heat stress.
Future research vision
Eliolimy's future research will focus on understanding the impact of human milk and its individual components on the gut microbiome, host transcriptome, and immune function in neonates.
